Supervisor LaborView Options

The system contains several standard Supervisor LaborView options that can be set to display and can be sorted according to your needs. In addition, custom LaborViews can be created, and can be shared with other users.

Click the folder to the left of the supervisor's name to open the Employee LaborView record for that supervisor.

The following Supervisor LaborView Options may be available to you:

• Contact Information

  This Supervisor LaborView opens a screen with information on contacting a supervisor, including email address, phone numbers, and mobile phone numbers.

  Click the folder to the left of the supervisor's name to open the Employee LaborView record for that supervisor.

• Has Absence

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors who have one or more employees with an absence, based on productive work calendars.

• Has Adjustment Requests

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors who have one or more employees who have an adjustment request that still has a Requested status.

• Has Approvals Remaining

  This Supervisor LaborView displays supervisors that have one or more employee time cards that are not yet approved.

• Has Calendar Requests

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors who have employees with pending Calendar requests.

• Has Clocking Requests

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors who have employees with pending Clocking requests.

• Has Critical Exceptions

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors who have one or more employees with exception messages that are coded as being Critical.

  This exception is generated to alert of conditions that prevent the processing of an employee from continuing, typically when information is incomplete. The employee’s record is not processed, and therefore is not passed to the Payroll Interface.

• Has DeductIt Requests

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors who have employees with a DeductIt request that still has a Requested status.

• Has Information Exceptions

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors who have one or more employees with exception messages that are coded as being Informational.

  This exception is generated by the system to alert conditions that do not impact the pay of the employee. For example, the employee badge at an unassigned badge reader. The employee’s record is still processed and passed to the Payroll Interface when this message is generated.

• Has 'No Answer' Shift Lunch Response

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors with employees who have selected the No Answer response as part of Lunch Attestation.

• Has No Exceptions

  This Supervisor LaborView lists only supervisor records that do not have any exception messages.

• Has No Requests

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors with employees who currently have no pending requests.

• Has 'No' Shift Lunch Response

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors with employees who have selected the No response as part of Lunch Attestation.

• Has No Tardy or Absence

  This Supervisor LaborView lists all supervisors who have no occurrences of employees being tardy or absent, based on employees' productive work calendars.

• Has Pending Exceptions

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors who currently have employees with exceptions that will be displayed in the future if the employee's time card data does not change.

  Pending exceptions are determined by the Calculations process and stored with the record but not displayed until the day after the transaction date of the record.

• Has Requests

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors with employees who currently have requests that are not yet approved.

• Has Tardy

  This Supervisor LaborView lists all supervisors who have employees with tardy entries based on employees' productive work calendars.

• Has Warning Exceptions

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors who have one or more employees with exception message that are coded as being Warning.

  Warning exceptions are generated by the system to identify conditions where the employee submitted information that will not be paid. The employee’s record is still processed and passed to the Payroll Interface when this message is generated. This exception is typically generated when the employee has insufficient benefit balances, or is ineligible for the submitted pay type.

• Has 'Yes' Shift Lunch Response

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors with employees who have selected the Yes response as part of Lunch Attestation.

• Lunch Responses

  This Supervisor LaborView lists supervisors with employees who have selected responses as part of Lunch Attestation.

• Pay-Period Overview

  This Supervisor LaborView displays information on supervisors' employees, including exceptions, pending requests.

• Supervisor List

  The Supervisor List shows all supervisors included in the Pay Group Instance selected.
