Change Password
The Change Password option opens a screen for users to change their login password. A message on the Change Password screen provides information about the password format to follow.

Administrators can change the password format from
.You can change your password at any time by completing the following steps:

Navigate to

Enter the current password in the Old Password field.

Enter the new password in the New Password field following the format criteria in the informational message at the top of the screen.

Re-enter the new password in the Confirm New Password field to verify entry of the password.

Click Save.
The next time you log on, you must use the new password.
Password Format Terminology
Depending on the corporate policies, a "strong" password may be needed, which requires the user to enter a certain number of characters, numbers, and upper/lower case letters in the password.
The format requirements display in the Information Message when entering a new password with initial login, or when resetting the password. These requirements can be set up in any order in the password.
Lowercase Characters: Letters on the keyboard that are accessed without using the <SHIFT> key; lower case letters, such as a, b, or c.
Numeric Characters: Number values, such as 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, or 0.
Passwords are Case Sensitive: This means that the system differentiates between an upper case letter and a lower case letter. So if your password is “NewUser” but you enter “newuser”, you would get an error message that the password is invalid.
Special Character: Special characters are those characters on the keyboard that are not letters or numbers.
Uppercase Characters: Uppercase letters on the keyboard are accessed using the <SHIFT> key; capital letters, such as A, B, or C.
