Group Field Details
When the Group record is open, the fields to be included in the file are displayed. Only files added to the Selected Fields section are included in the download file.
The left column displays all the Available Fields for the group, the right column shows the Selected Fields.

To add a new field, point with the cursor to the selection in the Available Fields column, and drag the selection to the Selected Fields column.

To remove a field, point with the cursor to the selection, and drag the entry back into the Available Fields column.

Bookmarks may be moved around within the Selected Fields column according to the order they should display. Point the cursor to the field name, and drag the entry above or below another entry.

Records in the Selected Fields column need additional information included to indicate the display name, the formatting, and the field length. Complete this information for all required fields.

Select the Save button before exiting the screen.

Display Name
This value is used to determine the display name when printing the specification document.
Default
This property value is present on all fields not required by the system. When a value is entered here, if the download does not include a value for this field, the Default value is entered.
Format
This value is present on date fields. The format determines the date formatting that is to be applied to the field, such as MM/dd/yyyy, which stands for two-digit month/two-digit day/four-digit year.
Is Decimal Implied
This value is present on all numeric fields. When set to Yes, the decimal is implied, and the number of characters after the decimal point is equal to the number of the Decimal Precision field. When set to No, the decimal point is required to be present in the downloaded field, or the value is considered to be a whole number.
For example, if the Is Decimal Implied field is set to Yes and the Decimal Precision field is set to 2, a value of 200 is converted to 2.00 in the download.
Is Required in File
This property value is present on all fields. When the System requires this field be marked, this property value is not editable.
Length
When the Configuration Type is Fixed, this value defines the size of the field in the file layout, when the Configuration Type is Delimited, this field determines the maximum size this field can be.
Note
This value can be changed to a value lower than the Max Length field, but never a higher value without editing the Metadata value for the field.
Look Up
This option is present on alphanumeric fields. Click on the icon to the left of the field to open a listing of valid values.
Max Length
This value is used to define the maximum size that the field length can be set to. The initial value loaded in this field is the value determined by the Metadata set up within the system.
Precision
This value is present on all numeric fields. This value determines the number of characters after the decimal point present for the downloaded field, when the Is Decimal Implied field is set to Yes.
For example, if the Is Decimal Implied field is set to Yes and the Decimal Precision field is set to 2, a value of 200 is converted to 2.00 in the download.
