Generate Licenses

The Generate Licenses button starts the processing to automatically create a license for the employee, based on the successful completion of education requirements.

• The course and/or competency requirements for an automatically generated license are set up on Configuration > System > Licenses > Course.

• The generated license is added to the employee's Licenses screen with a System icon as the source of input.

  Note

  This process is automatically triggered when the education transactions are created, but can also be manually started with this button.
