Records

The Records are the individual items contained within a screen. For example, in the Position screen are listed all the position records stored in the system. By entering search criteria, the number of records listed is reduced to make it easier to locate the desired record.

Records can be opened in one of the following ways:

Records that are displayed in a grid format can be opened by clicking the arrow icon on the record.
Records that are retrieved as a result of a search can be opened by clicking the folder icon.
