Bookmark

Bookmarks are shortcuts to pages you use often and appear as links in the Bookmarks area on the left side of most pages. Click the link to the selected page to automatically open that page.

Creating a bookmark

To create a bookmark, complete the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Preferences > My Preferences > Bookmark.

  2. Drag a bookmark to the desired column.

    Drag the selection from the Available Bookmarks column to the Your Bookmarks column.

    To remove a bookmark, drag the selection back into the Available Bookmarks column.

    This determines whether the bookmark is available in the Bookmarks area or not.

  3. Within the columns, drag the bookmark up or down to determine its position.

    The red arrows indicate the location where the item will display.

  4. Click Save.

Resetting preferences

This option resets your preferences back to the defaults.

Bookmarks can be added while you are viewing certain pages.
