Employee LaborView Options
The system contains several standard Employee LaborView Options. Each user can select the default LaborView that is displayed, and the additional options that should display in the Choose a LaborView drop down menu. The options which display in the drop down menu are those with the status checked for Visible in the Employee LaborView or the Supervisor LaborView Preferences.

Employee List
The Employee List shows all employees included in the Pay Group Instance selected.

Has Absence
This Employee LaborView lists employees who have one or more absence in the selected Pay Group Instance, based on the employees' productive work calendars.

Has Adjustment Requests
This Employee LaborView lists all employees who have an adjustment request that still has a Requested status.

Has Calendar Requests
This Employee LaborView lists all employees who have a calendar request that still has a Requested or Pending Review status.

Has Clocking Requests
This Employee LaborView lists all employees who have a clocking request that still has a Requested status.

Has Critical Exceptions
This Employee LaborView lists employees who have one or more exception messages that are coded as being Critical.
This exception is generated to alert of conditions that prevent the processing of an employee from continuing, typically when information is incomplete. The employee's record is not processed, and therefore is not passed to the Payroll Interface.

Has DeductIt Requests
This Employee LaborView lists all employees who have a DeductIt request that still has a Requested status.

Has Information Exceptions
This Employee LaborView lists employees who have one or more exception message that are coded as being Informational.
Although the exception does not have an impact on the payment of hours for the employee, it alerts a condition is present that may need action, for example the employee badged at an unassigned badge reader.

Has 'No Answer' Shift Lunch Response
This Employee LaborView lists employees who have selected the No Answer response as part of Lunch Attestation.

Has No Exceptions
This Employee LaborView lists only employees who do not have any exception messages attached to transactions.

Has No Overtime
This Employee LaborView lists only employees that are not assigned a pay code that indicates the employee incurred overtime on one or more days in the Pay Group Instance selected.

Has No Requests
This Employee LaborView lists employees who currently have no pending requests.

Has 'No' Shift Lunch Response
This Employee LaborView lists employees who have selected the No response as part of Lunch Attestation.

Has No Tardy or Absence
This Employee LaborView lists all employees who have no occurrences of being tardy or absent based on the employees' productive work calendars.

Has Overtime
This Employee LaborView lists only employees who have incurred overtime in the selected Pay Group Instance.

Has Pending Exceptions
This Employee LaborView lists employees who currently have exceptions that will be displayed in the future if the employees' time card data does not change.
Pending exceptions are determined by the Calculations process and stored with the record but not displayed until the day after the day associated with the record.

Has Requests
This Employee LaborView lists employees who currently have requests that are not yet approved.

Has Tardy
This Employee LaborView lists all employees who have one or more instance of being tardy in the selected Pay Group Instance, based on the employees' productive work calendars.

Has Warning Exceptions
This Employee LaborView lists employees who have one or more exception messages that are coded as being Warning.
Warning exceptions are generated by the system to identify conditions where the employee submitted information that will not be paid. The employee's record is still processed and passed to the Payroll Interface when this message is generated. This exception is typically generated when the employee has insufficient benefit balances, or is ineligible for the submitted pay type.

Has 'Yes' Shift Lunch Response
This Employee LaborView lists employees who have selected the Yes response as part of Lunch Attestation.

Is Approvable
This Employee LaborView shows only those employees whose time cards can be approved by the current user (who has an authorization role with Approval rights to the employees), and who do not have any critical exceptions.

Is Approved
This Employee LaborView lists only employees whose time cards have previously been approved.

Is Employee Approved
This Employee LaborView lists only employees whose time cards have previously been approved by the employee.

Lunch Responses
This Employee LaborView lists employees who have selected responses as part of Lunch Attestation.

Not Approved
This Employee LaborView displays only employees that have not yet been approved for the indicated Pay Group Instance.

Not Employee Approved
This Employee LaborView displays only employees that have not yet been approved by the employee for the indicated Pay Group Instance.

Pay-Period Overview
This Employee LaborView displays the employees assigned to the supervisor, with overview information including exception information, worked hours for each week, and the employee's approved hours.
