Format
The Format option displays a menu to customize the way the staffing values display on the Balancing Grid and Activity Balancing Grid.
Balancing Grid
You can recalculate the staffing needs, select the number of decimals places to display, indicate which staffing values to display, and determine the staffing variance that will be color coded red (when understaffed) or blue (when overstaffed)—see Acceptable Variance.
Activity Balancing Grid
You can indicate which staffing values to display.
