Add Pay Code Access
The Add Pay Code Access button opens a screen to grant or deny users in this organization unit access to pay codes on screens and fields authorized with this role. If a higher level organization unit has access to all pay codes, you can also select specific pay codes and set the access classification to Deny.
Note
This button is only enabled if the role has access to pay codes.
You can also deny data access to pay codes by assigning pay code exclusions to unions. The data access associated with an employee's union trumps all other data access associated with their roles.

Classification
Indicates whether the users in this organization unit have access to this specific pay code (Grant) or whether access to this pay code is not allowed (Deny). This option can be used as an override to deny access to a single pay code when users have access to the other pay codes in the organization unit.
Organization Unit
The organization unit where this pay code is assigned. The organization unit level available is determined by the Organization Link Level where pay codes are set up.
Pay Code
The time and attendance pay code to add or remove access to for this organization unit.
