Employee Sign Off
Introduction
The Employee Sign Off feature allows employees who use Time and Attendance to indicate they have reviewed their time card information and to confirm its accuracy.
When the sign-off feature is enabled, it is also enabled in your time clocks and operates the same way.

To set up the Employee Sign Off feature, you need to:

Decide how you want the system to process sign-offs

Assign authorization roles to the employees or organization units that will use the feature

Assign authorization roles to the managers who will administer the feature

Set indicators, parameters, and other settings to determine how the feature will work

Once the feature is configured, employees can begin using the feature to approve their time cards.
